ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.03.2023 to some other independent investigating agency to take appropriate action. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that yesterday (ie., 26.06.2023) the Sub-Inspector of Police, Thilagar Thidal Police Station has sent notice/summon to the petitioner in this regard. 3.Let the above said enquiry be concluded by the respondents within a period of 15 days, from the date of appearance of the parties. 2/4

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
