ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent police to provide adequate police protection for entering into his land in S.No.37/4B of Kurunthampattu Village, Karaikudi Taluk and fencing the same for construction work on the basis of his complaint dated 13.03.2023.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry is pending on the above said representation and it will be completed within a short time.
3.Let the above said representation be disposed of by the respondent police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as the rival parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action be taken either by the competent authority or by the petitioner, if he is aggrieved.
