This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner mentally and physically in the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.04.2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by one Rajan as against the petitioner, they have conducted enquiry and closed the complaint. They have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the respondent police have not harassed the 2/4

petitioner as alleged in this petition and only based on the complaint lodged by one Rajan as against the petitioner, they have conducted enquiry and closed the complaint, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
