ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct election for the post of Executive Committee in respect of Nagal Nagar Jumma Pallivasal-cum-Junction Pallivasal, Nagal Nagar, Dindigul, for a period of three years, in accordance with the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 18.04.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would produce a copy of the document issued by the first respondent, dated 03.09.2018, directing the second respondent to conduct election in respect of subject Wakf by adopting a secret ballot method and submit a report.

3. In view of the clear direction, dated 03.09.2018, given on behalf of the official respondents, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and therefore, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
