ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 02.04.2026 passed in Cr.M.P. No.1385 of 2026 and to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P. No.957 of 2026 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. 16.04.2026 pal 2/4
