ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside and relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the order dated 02.04.2026 made in Cr.M.P. No.1384 of 2026 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. 16.04.2026 pal 2/4
