PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records pertaining to the impugned orders of the Labour Court, Trichy in I.A.No.261/2013 and I.A. No.262/2013 dated 09.02.2015 quash the same and consequently direct the Labour Court, Trichy to restore the case in ID No.35/2000.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter to the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and hence, the matter is posted today under the caption "for withdrawal".
