PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned notice No.Nil, dated 09.10.2023 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and to direct the respondents to forbear them to initiate any recovery proceedings in furtherance of the impugned notice. 1/4

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The show cause notice issued to the petitioner dated 09.10.2023 is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted her explanation to the show cause notice. That being so, this Writ Petition is premature. The authority competent has to take a final decision on merits, considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner and the issues raised.
3.In view of the fact that the petitioner has already submitted her explanation, the 2nd respondent is requested to consider the explanation and take a decision and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
