ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 herein to remove the entry of conditional attachment order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in C.E.P.No.08/2018-19, dated 28.02.2019, with regard to the petitioner's property in old Survey No.56A and 57 and New Survey in T.S.No.3, Ward-C, Block No.13, now new Sub Division in T.S.No.3/12 situated at Kodaikanal Town, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.Considering the order passed in W.P(MD) No.5996 of 2019, dated 14.12.2022, this Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the third respondent to delete the entry of the conditional attachment order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in C.E.P.No.08/2018-19, dated 28.02.2019, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or its production by the petitioner.
