Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To Issue a writ or order more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus or order to direct the 2nd respondent to issue patta in the petitioner name in house property in survey No.225/3A2 total extend of 22 1/4 cent situated in Vallathrakkottai village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukottai district by considering the petitioner application/representation dated 24.03.2021 and may pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

W.P.(MD).No.8321 of 2021 was disposed of by order dated 22.04.2021, whereby the second respondent therein was directed to dispose of the petitioner's application within six (6) weeks.
