2. On account of efflux of time, the relief sought for in W.P.(MD)No. 2678 of 2019 lost its relevance. If any cause arises, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority. Accordingly, W.P.(MD)No. 2678 of 2019 stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

3. In respect of W.P.(MD)No.24431 of 2018, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. Recording the same, W.P.(MD)No.24431 of 2018 stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (S.M.S., J.)
