ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K. Pandiarajan, Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr. A.S. Abul Kalaam Azad, Government Advocate (crl. side) for the 1st respondent, this Court made the following order:

'This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the FIR in Crime No.63 of 2025, dated 15.01.2025 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The reasons assigned by the petitioner for dispensing with the production of certified copy of First Information Report are not acceptable. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed, with liberty to this petitioner to move the Criminal Original Petition along with the certified copy, once he obtains the same.'
