Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to furnish a copy of the voice recording dated 20.10.2017.

3. The writ Court will not be justified in micro managing the process of the disciplinary proceedings. The petitioner will have to face the enquiry and if according to the petitioner, the principles of natural justice have not been complied with, he can always take it as a ground while challenging the final order. At this interlocutory stage, the delinquent cannot approach the writ Court for relief.

4. I make it clear that the observations and reasons given in this order are only for the purpose of disposing the present writ petition. This will not have any bearing on the rights of the petitioner in her capacity as an accused in the criminal case. Leaving open all the contentions of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
