PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to provide adequate police protection to conduct the General Body Meeting and Election to be held on 18.06.2022 and the celebration of St.Madhalenal Church at Vakkampatti Village, Dindigul District to be held in the month of July, 2022, based on the representation dated 02.06.2022.

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to provide adequate police protection to conduct the General Body Meeting and Election to be held on 18.06.2022 and the celebration of St.Madhalenal Church at Vakkampatti Village, Dindigul District to be held in the month of July, 2022, based on the representation dated 02.06.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner seeks police protection to conduct the General Body Meeting and Election to be held on 18.06.2022 and the celebration of St.Madhalenal Church at Vakkampatti Village, Dindigul District to be held in the month of July, 2022, based on the representation given by the petitioner to the respondents on 02.06.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the third respondent will consider the petitioner's representation with regard to conduct the General Body Meeting and Election.

Recording the same, the third respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner's dated 02.06.2022, to police protection for conducting the General Body Meeting and Election on 18.06.2022 with regard to the celebration of St.Madhalenal Church at Vakkampatti Village, Dindigul District to be held in the month of July, 2022.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
