ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.30 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 16.03.2021, the petitioner said to have illegally transported one unit of odai sand by using Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-05-J-5036. Hence, the complainant.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent police. 4.This is the petitioner's third anticipatory bail petition and the earlier anticipatory bail petitions in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.4788 of 2021 and 7646 of 2021 were dismissed by this Court on 15.04.2021 and 11.06.2021.

CRL OP(MD). No.9865 of 2021 5.Taking note of the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
