The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to insist the fourth respondent to regularize and comply with the rules and regulations stipulated in the tender agreement, based on the tender notification dated 19.12.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the period of lease has expired. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
