O R D E R
This petition is filed by hte petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2025 in C.S.R.No.104 of 2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 30.03.2025 and before the Sub-Inspector of Police, Namabasamudram Police Station, Pudukottai. They also assigned C.S.R.No.104 of 2025. Thereafter, no action was taken. Hence, she filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the Sub-Inspector of Police, Namabasamudram Police Station, Pudukottai, but without impleading the said police station as a party, she filed this petition. However, the representation of the petitioner is pending Page No. 2 of 5
with the Sub-Inspector of Police, Namabasamudram Police Station, Pudukottai and they assigned C.S.R.No.104 of 2025 and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) also admitted the receipt of the complaint by Sub-Inspector of Police, Namabasamudram Police Station, Pudukottai and the same is pending for enquiry, this Court, recording the same, directs the Sub-Inspector of Police, Namabasamudram Police Station, Pudukottai to consider the representation of the petitioner pending in C.S.R.No.104 of 2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law after affording opportunity to both the parties within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.
5. With the abovesaid observation and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
