2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

Standing counsel appearing for the second respondent has produced the copy of the communication, dated 26.07.2018, by which the representation of the petitioner has been rejected.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the same. No costs.
