The petitioner has sought for expeditious disposal of the pending appeal before the first respondent, challenging the order of the second respondent.
2.Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to hear the pending appeal, after giving a fair and reasonable opportunity to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and pass final orders within a period of twelve [12] twelve weeks on merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
