Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1, 2 and 5. Notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with in view of nature of the order to be passed by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. It appears from the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition that the petitioner has already approached the Civil Court by filing O.S.No.504 of 2018 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same subject matter. However, pending the suit, she seeks some kinds of intervention of this Court as an interim measure. This Court cannot be converted into an Execution Court and in case, the petitioner has any grievance, she can always get appropriate orders in the pending original suit.

4. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed.
