ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order dated 22.12.2022 in Writ Petition (MD)No.28784 of 2022.
2.This Court by an order dated 22.12.2022, issued a direction to the contemnors/respondents to conduct an enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2022 and pass appropriate order, pursuant to which, the contemnors/respondents paid the entire terminal benefits to the tune of Rs.6,66,522/-, after deducting Rs.52,255/-.
3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
