ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent herein Not To Harass the Petitioner and her family members along with close relatives and friends for conducting their joint family prayer in her building of the petitioner at resurvey No.687/4, Mekkodu Village, Shandam, Manilikarai Post, Kanniyakumari District. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is conducting prayer along with his family members in the house without using loud speaker or any instruments. But there was a complaint against the petitioner and the police officials tried to harass the petitioner. 3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner was instructed to obtain prior permission from the Collector for conducting prayers.

4.The petitioner has to obtain permission of the Collector and the petitioner has to co-operate for the enquiry. The respondent police is directed not to physically harass the petitioner. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is closed.
