This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to take necessary action on petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2025 in accordance with law.
2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is one of the victim, where she invested money to the Anushiya Academy in Cr.No.3 of 2024. The petitioner was not included as victim, therefore, she has sent a representation dated 24.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the representation of the petitioner was already considered and the petitioner was included as LW39 in Cr.No.3 of 2024.
4.Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner was included as one of the victim (LW39) in Cr.No.3 2/4
of 2024, this petition is closed.
