ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Judge and Special court for Mines and Minerals Cases, Thanjavur to number the unnumbered miscellaneous petition in Crl.M.P.No.Nil 2022, in connection with the Crime.No.84 of 2022, on the file of the respondent. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No. Nil 2022, pertaining to Crime No.84 of 2022 for return of unregistered Tractor. The said petition was returned for various reasons mentioned in the petition. Now, all the defects, which are noted by the Court below, are rectified.

3.Recording the same, the learned Principal District Judge and Special Court for Mines and Minerals Cases, Thanjavur, is directed to number the miscellaneous petition, which has been filed by the petitioner in connection with the Crime No.84 of 2022, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
