Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records of the third respondent preparing panel for promotion to the post of Middle School Head Masters, Vayyampatti Panchayat Union as on 1.1.2023 dated Nil, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to prepare panel for promotion for the post of Middle School Head Masters by including the petitioners holding the post of B.T Asst first by following proviso to Section 41 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants Conditions of Service Act, 2016 and by following the date of appointment to the post of B.T Assistant and not the date of appointment to the post of Elementary School Head Master.
