This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 09.09.2020 to provide necessary police protection for completing the construction of the House Building.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that based upon the representation given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.12417 of 2020 during the course of enquiry, it was found that there was a civil dispute between the parties. The petitioner and the fifth respondent herein appeared before the enquiry officer and they given a statment that if any trouble arises in future they shall approach the concerned Court for their remedy. Based upon the statment, the enquiry was closed.
3.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner came to be closed. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to approach the concerned Civil Forum for his remedy.
4. With such liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of.No Costs.
