ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent Police and also filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to 1/4

conduct proper enquiry on his complaint dated 05.08.2024.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioner was filed through on-line and the same was treated as current paper enquiry. He further submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, the Inspector of Police, Marthandam Police Station, Kanyakumari District, conducted an enquiry and found that it is purely a money dispute and therefore, the Inspector of Police has closed the petitioner's complaint on 25.06.2025.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 08.07.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes ogy 2/4
