This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeals dated 23.03.2018 filed by the petitioners against the order of the second respondent dated 26.12.2017, within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

3. Against the award passed under the Land Acquisition Act, the petitioners have raised Arbitration before the first respondent on 23.03.2018. Even though three months have lapsed, there is no progress in the arbitration proceeding. Aggrieved over the delay, the petitioners are before this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the Arbitration raised by the petitioners within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
