Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 28.02.2025 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as other interested parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
