ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to investigate the case and to file final report in Crime No. 276 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022, within a time stipulated by this Court. 1/4
2.The petitioner has preferred a complaint before the respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.276 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(i) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that through the case was registered in the year 2022, so far no progress in the investigation process. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the concerned Court as Mistake of Fact. But so far no RCS Notice has been served upon the petitioner.
4.Let the RCS notice be served upon the petitioner immediately, so that he can workout his remedy.
5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
