ORDER

The contempt petition is filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 13.02.2026 made in W.P(MD)No.5408 of 2024. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, both sides learned counsel would submit that writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.825 of 20206 has been filed and by order dated 08.06.2026 in C.M.P(MD)No.6834 of 2026 interim order of stay has been granted by the Division Bench. 3.In view thereof, the contempt petition stand closed. However, depending on the outcome of the writ appeal, the parties will be entitled to renew the contempt application.
