ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he and the third respondent are brothers and there was a money transactions between them. The petitioner received a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- and the same was settled in two installments, ie 06.11.2020 and 21.06.2021. Inspite of that complaint has been given by his brother/the third respondent herein. Under the guise of enquiry, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. Hence, this petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.558 of 2021 and it was closed on 26.06.2021 observing that this is a money dispute between the brothers. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P(MD).No.9862 of 2021 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) that the enquiry was closed and nothing survives for further adjudication, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
