PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 235 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A11, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.04.2024 for the offences under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 436, 427 and 506(ii) I.P.C and under Section 3 of TNPP(D&L) Act and under Section 3 of IES Act, 1908, which was later altered into offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 436, 427, 307 and 506 (ii) IPC and under Section 3 of TNPP(D&L) Act and under Section 3 of IES Act, 1908, in Crime No.235 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

CRL OP(MD)No.8001 of 2024 Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner was detained under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, by an order dated 26.05.2024. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
