PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 2nd respondent police to file a final report in Cr.No.319 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.319 of 2019 and to file a final report within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police seeks one month time to complete the investigation.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.319 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
