ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st to 3rd respondents Police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 31.03.2023.

2. This petition has been filed for the very same relief of previous petition in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12287 of 2022, that was also considered by this Court, directing the second and third respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on its own merits. Of course no time limit was given in the above said order dated 08.07.2022. After that, what happened for the above said representation is not known.

3. The second respondent is present before this Court, but he is not in a position to inform the Court about the consequential order. But however, for the representation that was made by the petitioner, summon was issued to the petitioner to appear on 29.06.2023 at 11.00 a.m. 2/4

4. The second repsondent is directed to enquire the above said representation by following the earlier direction in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 12287 of 2022 and dispose the same within fifteen days from the date of appearance of the petitioner and as well as the counter parties.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
