permit the Private buses plying through the Veerapandi Bye-pass road (NH183) situated 3 Km., away from the Veerapandi village, Theni District during the Chithirai Festival to be conducted during the Tamil month of Chithirai in respect of Arulmighu Veerapandi Gowmariyamman Temple particularly for the period between 06.05.2025 and 13.05.2025 within the period.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, directing to the respondents to permit private buses to ply through the Veerapandi Bypass Road (NH183), which is situated approximately 3 km away from Veerapandi Village, Theni District, during the Chithirai Festival to be held in the Tamil month of Chithirai, specifically for the period from 06.05.2025 to 13.05.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the parties submitted that a similar issue has already been decided by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.7794 of 2019, dated 29.04.2019, wherein, this Court passed a favourable order in favour of the petitioner therein.
4. Admittedly, this Court has dealt with a similar issue in W.P.(MD) No.7794 of 2019, dated 29.04.2019 and has passed a favourable order to the petitioner therein and the relevant portion of the same is extracted as follows:
"11. In such circumstances, this Court directs the first respondent to convene a meeting of all the stake holders including the petitioner's association and after giving adequate opportunity to the petitioner association as well as other stake holders, pass final orders on the representation dated 04.02.2019 submitted by the petitioner seeking permission of 3/6
their buses to operate in the bye-pass road (NH-183) situated adjacent to the Veerapandi Village, Theni District during the Chittirai festival to be conducted during the Tamil month of Chithirai at Arul Migu Veerapandi Kowmariyamman Temple, on or before 05.05.2019."

In view of the submissions made and after perusal of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.7794 of 2019, dated 29.04.2019, which addresses an identical issue, this Court finds that the petitioner is entitled to similar relief. The relevant portion of the earlier order dated 29.04.2019 has been duly considered and based on the directions issued therein, the present writ petition stands disposed of in the same terms. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
