Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle.
3.The learned Government Advocate informed the Court that the petitioner is having bad antecedents. The vehicle is also said to have been involved in a previous case of the same nature. Therefore, I am not inclined to show my indulgence in this case. However, I direct the respondents to produce the vehicle before the Jurisdictional Court immediately and without delay. It is for the petitioner to work out his right before the Jurisdictional Criminal Court. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
