ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The Mr.K.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the first respondent submits that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.306 of 2018.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his name is not found in the First Information Report and therefore, the police cannot direct the petitioner to attend the enquiry again and again.
5.The police are enquiring the petitioner since he is an accused in the above said Crime number. Hence, the petition for not to harass is not maintainable.
