This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to furnish the Final Report in Cr.No.1644/2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the private respondent, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 58 of 2021 as against the petitioner and for the same, investigation is completed. Hence, he seeks time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and the second respondent police also completed the investigation and seeks time to file final report, the second respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
