ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate Police Protection for life and limb of the petitioner, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 31.05.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has purchased a property in S.No.410/2C 2B situated at Kavalakurichi Village, Uthumalai Taluk, Tenkasi District. With regard to this, there was a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4. Hence, he filed a suit in O.S.No.394 of 2015 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi and the same was decreed with relief of permanent injunction, on 10.12.2018. However, the respondents 3 and 4 are giving trouble to the petitioner. Hence, he gave a representation to the respondent police, seeking police protection. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that earlier the petitioner's father given a complaint against the fourth respondent. Based on that, enquiry had been conducted and the same was closed.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10754 of 2022 4.Recording the same, the respondent police is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 31.05.2022 and take further action in accordance with law.
5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
