ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Sub Court, Kovilpatti to dispose of the HMOP No.111 of 2023 within a time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court.

2.The petitioner is the husband and he filed HMOP No.111 of 2023 before the trial Court for divorce. Initially, the petition was dismissed as default, against which, the petitioner filed IA No.3/2024 for restoration and the same was allowed and on transfer, the case is transferred from Trichy to Kovilpatti and as such, till date, the HMOP is pending disposal. Since the petition is pending from the year 2023 and the petitioner is in Canada, he prays for early disposal of the said petition.

3.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of HMOP No.111 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
