: Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the order of suspension that has been passed by the respondent vide his proceeding in File No.M-25/02/2017-Estt/848 dated 03.08.2018 as well as his extended order of suspension through his Order No.M25/02/2017-Estt/57 Dated 23.01.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in the service so as to serve as Lascar at Marine Department, V.O. Chidambarananar Port Trust, Thoothukudi.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the suspension order, dated 03.08.2018 in File No.M-25/02/2017-Estt/848 as well as extended suspension order, dated 23.01.2019 in File No.M25/02/2017-Estt/57 passed by the respondent and also to direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in his service.

2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent has placed a revocation order, dated 18.05.2019 in Memo https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

W.P.(MD) No.2948 of 2019 No. M-25/02/2017 - Estt/D.419 and thereby revoking the order of suspension.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement of the petitioner as well as the respondent, no adjudication is required in this petition and accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
