ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025 within the stipulated period.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the enquiry was closed since the dispute is civil in nature. They have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is, not to harass the petitioner and the respondent police has also denied the alleged harassment and already they conducted an enquiry based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent and the same was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the same and recording the above said 2/4

submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed.
