Today, the matter is listed in the additional list under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order copy dated 10.04.2026, the offence has been wrongly mentioned as "21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957" instead of "21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957". Therefore, the said typographical error has to be corrected.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has also admitted the same.

4. This Court perused the records and it is seen that the offence has been mentioned "21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957". However, in the order copy it is typed as "21(4) of 1/3

Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957". Therefore, the said typographical error has to be corrected.

5. Therefore, Registry is directed to carry out the above said corrections in the order dated 10.04.2026 in Crl.OP(MD).No.7216 of 2026 and issue fresh order copy. All the other observations made in the order copy dated 10.04.2026 remains intact. 29.04.2026 dss 2/3
