2.The petitioner has sought for cancellation of Patta No.116, which is standing in the names of the respondents 3 and 4. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the said petition before the first respondent.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to conduct necessary enquiry, hear the petitioner and 2/5

respondents 3 & 4 and after considering the objections, if any, of the third and fourth respondents, the first respondent shall pass final orders and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 30.09.2024, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
