This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file an alternation report in Crime No.95 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.The First Information Report has been filed for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 I.P.C. and investigation is pending. At this stage, this Court cannot issue direction to alter the First Information Report. The final offence that will form part of the final report will be revealed only after completion of the investigation.
