Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2179 of 2022 on 03.02.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.6832 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2179 of 2022 on 03.02.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
