PRAYER :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.J.1/285/2023 dated 20.01.2023 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary insofar as not selecting the petitioner and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to appoint the petitioner in the post of temporary graduate teacher (Tamil) in the Government Adi Dravidar Welfare Higher Secondary School, Valayuthuvayal based on the teachers eligibility test (TET) qualification and other eligibility within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
