ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420,341,294(b), 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.511 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner sold the property having extent of 24 cents in S.No.390/1B in the year 2012 to the defacto complainant. After purchasing it the defacto complainant approached revenue officials to change patta in his name. He came to know that the property which was purchased by him was already sold out by the accused herein. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the complaint they have cancelled the sale deed executed in favour of the defacto complainant but did not return back the sale consideration of Rs.4,75,000/-. He would further submit that he has paid only Rs.50,000/- and remaining balance are there to be paid. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
