Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESHKUMAR.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6260 of 2023, dated 03.04.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from today, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
